Instant Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
    1 can pie filling (any flavor; optional)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
    Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until ready to serve, a minimum of 20 minutes.
    When serving, top with pie filling, if desired.
