White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk, all at once.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Makes 1 cup.
