Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. cooked sweet potatoes
6 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Mash sweet potatoes and add to flour mixture with milk. Mix well. Turn onto floured surface and knead lightly. Pinch off and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Place in preheated 425\u00b0 oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
