Cantaloupe Cake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. fresh cantaloupe, diced
1 c. fresh apples, diced
1 c. white raisins
Frosting
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat until smooth.
Add flour, cinnamon and baking soda; mix until smooth.
Fold in fruits. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Lower the temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for 10 minutes more.
Cool and frost.
