Venison Roast Baked In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1 to 2 envelopes dry onion soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place roast on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle the dry onion soup over the meat.
    Bring edges of foil together and seal tightly.
    Place in shallow roasting pan and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Thicken pan juices for gravy.
