Amish Dandelion Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
milk
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. dandelion leaves, washed and chopped
Preparation

Combine flour and butter.
Add enough milk to make a thin gravy and bring to a boil.
Add eggs, vinegar, salt, onion and sugar.
Just before serving, add dandelion leaves.
