Super Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. small bread cubes or 1/2 c. bread crumbs or rolled oats
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Mix together 1/2 cup tomato soup with tuna, bread cubes, eggs, parsley and lemon juice.
    Spread into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Heat water, remaining soup, horseradish and basil.
    Use for dipping tuna loaf in or for pouring over tuna loaf.
