Chicken Mornay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, chopped
    flour
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped shallots
    1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
    white wine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 slices Swiss cheese
    3 slices Provolone cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. chicken base
    1 lb. angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour with a whisk.
    Should be thick.
    Add more flour, if necessary.
    Set aside.
