Mommie'S Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 1/2 c. flour (1/2 wheat and 1/2 unbleached white)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Should be able to stick your finger in without burning yourself.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing vigorously.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Shouldn't be sticky.
    Should be semi-firm, but workable.
    If sticky, add a little flour.
    Let set for 5 to 10 minutes (cover bowl).
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Cover pizza pan with oil.
    Sprinkle cornmeal.
    Press in dough.
