Pineapple-Zucchini Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple
    1/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Spray 2 small loaf pans (7 1/2 x 3 1/2-inches) or one large loaf pan with Pam.
    In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Pour in pans or muffin cups.
    Makes 16 servings.
