Danish Frecedella(Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/2 c. milk
    1 grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix ground beef or turkey, milk, onion and salt.
    Add flour. Make balls by throwing spoonfuls several times against the side of the bowl.
    Brown on 3 sides in hot fat.
    Serves 4.
