Ranch Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
2 lb. small new potatoes
1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Slice new potatoes and place in plastic bag. Pour oil in on potatoes and toss. Add your Ranch dressing mix and toss again. Put potatoes in a Pyrex dish and bake in an oven at 450\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
