Bacon-Wrapped Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    6 slices thin sliced bacon, cut into halves
    1 egg
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except bacon.
    Shape mixture into 6 loaves.
    Crisscross 2 half slices bacon on each loaf, tucking ends under loaf.
    Secure on top of loaf with toothpick.
    Place loaves in shallow baking pan, lined with foil. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until loaves are done in middle when toothpick is removed.
    Makes 6 servings.
