Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    salt and pepper to taste (I use a little garlic salt)
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 lb. cheese (Mozzarella, Velveeta, American or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Mix all ingredients; spoon into casserole dish.
    Spread cheese on top and cook until cheese melts at 350\u00b0.
