Pineapple Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    2 c. peeled and chopped well drained zucchini
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch pans. Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Blend well. Add zucchini.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to butter.
    Stir in pineapple and nuts.
    Mix well. Bake about 1 hour.
