Noodles Romanoff(Side Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. egg noodles
    1 lb. block Velveeta
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil water in large pan; add noodles.
    In small saucepan, melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter, adding Velveeta, cubed.
    Stir constantly.
    After the cheese and butter are melted, add sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Drain noodles.
    Stir cheese mixture into noodles.
    Serve hot.
    Great with barbecue ribs and pork chops.
