Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 2/3 c. flour
2 c. grated raw carrots
3 eggs
1 2/3 tsp. baking powder
2 2/3 tsp. soda
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
1 2/3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except carrots and nuts until well blended.
Add carrots and mix well.
Remove from mixer.
Add nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
