Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. medium size potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    10 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan, combine potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes by 1-inch.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and cook until fork-tender.
