Flounder Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow dish.
    Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
    Coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and fish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
