Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cooked regular rice
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut off top of each green pepper; remove seeds.
    Cover peppers in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cook beef, onion and garlic in margarine, stirring to crumble meat. Add tomatoes; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs; stir to mix.
    Stuff peppers with beef mixture and place in shallow pan.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
