Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat (beef or pork or 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork)
    5 lb. bag potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 (7 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    1 can Hatch green chili enchilada sauce
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    flour
    grease
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute beef or pork in grease (coat with flour, salt and pepper as desired).
    Cook until well browned.
