Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded unpared zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. oil
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until they are foamy and stir in oil, sugar, squash and vanilla.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake for one hour or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Make one large loaf or two small loaves.
