Deviled Swiss Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 Swiss steak cakes
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sliced onions
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
2 c. tomato soup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix mustard with flour and pound into steak.
Brown in Wesson oil on both sides.
Add salt, pepper, soup, onions, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Place in a small roaster or electric skillet.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
