Oven Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. flour
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0.
In a 9-inch iron skillet, melt butter.
Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg; add to melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and return to oven for 3 more minutes.
Remove and pour the juice of 1 lemon over the top.
