Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash (about 6 c.) or 1/2 summer squash and 1/2 zucchini, sliced thin
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Simmer the squash and drain.
    Add the onion, soup, carrots and sour cream.
    Mix the stuffing with the melted margarine.
    Place most of the stuffing mix in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread with rest of ingredients mixed together.
    Spread rest of stuffing mix over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
