Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and flour.
Melt butter and add. Mix well.
Add buttermilk and vanilla.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
