Shrimp And Pasta Salad(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. lemon juice concentrate
3 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. toasted sesame seed
8 oz. rotini, cooked and drained
4 oz. snow peas, blanched
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 carrot, pared and julienned
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
8 oz. tiny shrimp, cooked
Preparation

In jar, shake together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, mustard and sesame seed.
Combine remaining ingredients, except shrimp, with this dressing.
Chill.
Before serving, stir in shrimp.
