Grilled Hash Browns - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules
dash of seasoned salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Place potatoes on heavy-duty foil (20 x 18-inch) coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with onion, bouillon, seasoned salt and pepper. Drizzle with butter. Fold foil around potatoes and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning once.
