Chocolate Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
35 light caramels
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation

In large bowl, combine cake mix and nuts.
Stir in 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
Spread half of batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. In saucepan, combine caramels and remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Stir over low heat until caramels are melted.
Sprinkle chocolate morsels over baked layer; drizzle caramel mixture over top.
Drop remaining batter by heaping teaspoonful over caramel mixture.
Return to 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes (top layer will be soft).
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
