Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
    Add lemon juice and other seasonings, mix well.
    Stir in salmon and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
    Shape into ball.
    Can be used immediately or wrap and keep in the freezer for later.
