Ripe Olive Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. grated sweet pickles
    mayonnaise
    grated onion
Preparation
    Mash eggs
    with
    a
    fork.
    Drain olives.
    Combine eggs, olives, pecans and sweet pickle with enough mayonnaise to make a spreading consistency.
    Add grated onion to taste.\tMakes 4 sandwiches.
