Holiday Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
6 green onions, chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 small jar pimento, drained and chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small bell pepper, chopped
sliced tomatoes
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, sliced
6 olives, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 medium sweet pickles, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes.
Mix well. Pour mayonnaise over salad.
Toss and mix well.
Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter.
Arrange tomato slices around outer edges of leaves.
Pour salad into middle of platter and arrange.
