Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    2 (8-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Mix together the flour and sugar, then add beaten egg yolks, milk and butter.
    Heat in top of double boiler over hot water. Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Cool. Pour into baked pie shells.
