No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, flour, coconut, vanilla and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 2 pie pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
