Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dried rice
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
1/2 lb. bacon
1 can tomato sauce
1 small tomato diced
Preparation

Put a little oil in frying pan, fry rice until brown.
In separate pan, fry bacon, tomato, pepper, onion and garlic until bacon is done.
Add 2 cups of water to rice, when boiling add other ingredients including tomato sauce.
Lower heat and simmer until juice is gone and rice is tender.
Fluff with fork and serve.
