Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken (whole)
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Rub chicken inside and out with salt, pepper and butter. Roast chicken, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
