Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1-inch thick) pork chops
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 medium sliced potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick and peeled
    2 large onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange pork chops in lightly greased or sprayed casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top with layer of potatoes and onions.
    Blend soup, milk and water.
    Pour mixture over chops.
    Bake approximately 1 hour.
    May be browned 2 to 3 minutes under broiler before serving.
