Vegetarian Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. water
4 ripe tomatoes
1 can tomato juice
3 large onions, chopped
3 large bell peppers
small cabbage, shredded
1 c. peas (green)
1 c. whole grain corn
2 pkg. George Washington seasoning or 2 Tbsp. chicken seasoning
1 c. butter beans
3 stalks celery
3 carrots, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. string beans
1 c. noodles or macaroni
1 tsp. barley
1 tsp. parsley (dried)
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Bring all vegetables to boil.
Cook until done on lower heat. Sprinkle salt to taste.
Add a little Accent, George Washington seasoning or McKay's chicken seasoning.
