Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    beaten eggs
    bread crumbs
    oil for frying
    spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and slice about 1/4-inch thick.
    Dip in egg and bread crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil on both sides until brown.
    Put a little spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish:
    one layer of eggplant, one layer of Mozzarella cheese, a little more spaghetti sauce on top of cheese and add a little Parmesan cheese on top of sauce.
    Start with another layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
