Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Recipease baking mix
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk or water
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch square baking pan. Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.
Sprinkle with streusel topping.
Make indentations in the batter so topping will bake into cake.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
