Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplants
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    oregano to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    olive oil to fry
    bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Slice eggplant about 1/2 inch.
    Slice cheese.
    Make a batter of eggs and milk.
    Dip eggplant in batter and bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil; set aside.
    Line bottom of casserole with eggplant; add a layer of cheese.
    Sprinkle on oregano and salt.
    Pour on 2 cans sauce, then Parmesan cheese.
    Add another layer of everything. Bake 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let set 5 or 10 minutes.
