Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (2 c.) sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. peppers
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cut kraut into small pieces with scissors.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cover tightly and chill.
Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
Mix well.
