Mustard Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. green beans, trimmed
4 tsp. coarse grain mustard
4 tsp. butter
salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Steam beans until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Melt butter in a heavy medium pan over medium heat.
Stir in mustard.
Toss beans in mixture to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
