Creole Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sliced okra
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute okra, onion and pepper 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in other ingredients.
Cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
