Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tsp. vegetable food coloring
3 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Mix in a medium pot:
flour, salt and cream of tartar.
Mix water, oil and food coloring and heat.
Add other ingredients after they have been mixed together.
Stir.
Store in airtight can or plastic bag.
