Chili Eggs(Serves 10 To 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    1 lb. Jack cheese or mixed, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon yellow.
    Add butter and mix well.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese and Jack cheese.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir in chilies.
    Pour into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 preheated oven 35 minutes or until lightly browned and center is firm.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve with salsa.
