Crispy Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. White Lily self-rising corn meal
    2 Tbsp. White Lily self-rising flour
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease 8-inch iron skillet.
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into skillet.
    Place in oven and bake at 500\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves about 6 people.
