Low-Fat Hamburger Casserole(For Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes, sliced thin
2 small carrots, sliced
1 can green beans
1 medium onion
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
2 whole ribs celery
1 large piece green pepper
1 to 1 1/2 cans tomato soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Place layers of vegetables, then large pieces of celery, green pepper, onion, etc., layer of browned ground beef.
Salt and pepper each layer.
Mix tomato soup with a little water, pour over vegetables and meat.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir only a few times during cooking.
