Whole Wheat Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 to 1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Rub in margarine; mix in enough water to form a stiff dough.
    Roll out mixture, one-third at a time, between sheets of waxed paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut into sticks, 1 x 3-inches.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 until browned, approximately
    8 to 12 minutes.
    Watch carefully as outside sticks brown faster than inside ones.
    Change position.
    When cool, store in airtight container.
