Light Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped carrot
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 1/3 c. cooked wild rice
    1 (12 oz.) jar turkey gravy
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in margarine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until tender.
    Stir in rice, gravy and milk.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in sherry.
    Makes 4 cups.
